Morton Patterson, who is fully CRB accredited, a Business Coach and Entrepreneur, and his business partner Mrs Kaye Glover, who is a specialist in Manpower Planning & Development, founded Self Esteem for Children. After an extensive career in the IT Industry, Morton changed careers and moved into Learning & Development, where he works with Small and Medium Size Enterprises and Business Owners who feel overwhelmed and need help clarifying their vision and goals.

Having coached adults for a number of years, Morton realised that many of the issues found in adult life can be traced back to our experiences in childhood and that a key factor to success is our limiting beliefs, what we think and our sense of self worth. With that in mind, Self Esteem For Children programme was created and designed to bridge that gap.

Our purpose is to "Impact Lives" by coaching young people to think differently and to develop their self-esteem and self-confidence so that they can lead satisfying and rewarding lives.


Who we work with

We work with young people from all backgrounds who are in Secondary and Higher Education and are struggling with low self-confidence and self esteem.

Secondary and Higher Education Institutions, Adoption Agencies, Care Agencies, Foster Care and Local Authorities, or anyone who is involved in the care, support and development of children and young people. We also work with parents who are concerned about the development of their child or children.

What we offer

1:1 coaching, group coaching and Self Esteem workshops for children and young people.
